IS IT FOR ME?Step back and invest in your health

The stress of daily life can often make it difficult to just ‘be’. Before we know it we can end up in a tangled web of back to back activities, never ending to do lists, pressure of work and stresses at home. At this point the most urgent and important thing you can do is take a step back and invest in your health and vitality before the cost of your lifestyle becomes YOU.

When was the last time you felt at your best? Strong? Energetic? Present in the moment? Enjoying life...
To live is to grow, to develop and be present in your life.

Vitality Pro (VP) has created the solution.

Our fitness retreats give you the opportunity to take a step back, immerse yourself in the perfect environment and begin a unique journey, tailored to your specific needs, to vitality and fulfilment. On our fitness retreats you will learn how your body works and how to ensure it functions at an optimal level. This includes knowing exactly how to train, eat and take care of yourself, why you are doing it and how to continue once you get home.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Before attending our retreats you will be sent the VP assessment pack, which includes preference capture questions, retreat preparation notes and our metabolic typing questionnaire.

Metabolic typing is a nutritional reading of each individual’s unique metabolism, thus understanding their distinctive way of digesting and metabolising foods. An accurate reading requires measurement of people’s response and reactions following the ingestion of different food types to give an understanding of which foods and food ratios a person must eat. Upon the completion of this questionnaire the VP team will prepare foods for your stay, in line with your specific needs and metabolic type.

Upon arrival you will be shown to your room and given time to settle and prepare, before the welcome meeting. Here guests will be given their welcome pack, operating as a reference tool for talks and workshops and a fantastic information guide following the final day’s departure. Once guests have received a brief outline of the retreat and its content at the welcome meeting, they will set about the training and learning sessions as per the itinerary. The days will be broken up with regular meals, snacks and juices, making sure guests are fed and refuelled in the appropriate way. Meals will be delivered in line with guests metabolic types and will source all local and organic produce. The workshops and group learning sessions will take place in the spacious lounge areas with training sessions being taken in the gardens and local sports grounds. Training sessions are tailored to the needs of our guests and are always enjoyable and cater to all fitness levels. They predominantly take place outdoors and so VP advise guests to dress accordingly. In the evening downtime periods, guests are free to do as they please, taking advantage of the supplementary and complimentary VP treatments, relax at the stunning venue or venture out to the local amenities. The VP team are available at all times throughout your stay giving guests the opportunity to discuss all aspects of fitness, training and healthy living, whenever and wherever required.
